Frequently Asked Questions

How can I pay?

We currently offer Paypal as a payment option, which allows you to use all Credit and Debit cards to securely pay for your item. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your order.  All payments are completely secure for your piece of mind.  If you would rather order over the phone please call us.

Please note if ordering over the phone we can only take payment for items in stock.

Pre-ordering

If  you would like to pre-order an item, please email us at sales@bywaterboutique.co.uk indicating the product. All pre-ordered items will be shown on our Facebook page.

If an item is being  pre-ordered, we will ask for payment first. We do not hold items for anyone. It is strictly first to pay.

Delivery & postage

Our standard delivery is free. We use the courier Hermes for all our deliveries. All orders are sent with a tracking number, so we are able to track your order.  Please ensure we are provided with a full and correct address with postcode.

Orders are normally dispatched the next day following receipt of payment with an estimated delivery time of no more than three working days. Please note that we will need to wait 14 days from dispatch to investigate the non-arrival of an item. We will monitor all orders.

If you need that special something in a hurry we can offer you a express delivery service. We will send your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Guaranteed by 1pm.  This is a guaranteed delivery service. Your order would need to be placed before 3pm to guarantee delivery by 1pm the next working day. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and you can track your item online using Royal Mails Track & Trace service.  Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays. We will have to add an additional £8.55 to next day deliveries, but please drop us a email before to ensure we are able to help you.

My Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within the time stated for the product ordered, please email us, sometimes the couriers and Royal Mail do not leave a docket, which means you will not know it was attempted to be delivered.

We urge you contact us if your order has not arrived within the time stated.
